MODELS OF HIRING AN INTERIM MANAGER

Occasional: This is a short mission, normally focused on a strategic execution, such as participation in a board of directors, also providing support in tactical activities.

Occupation: Low (1 day or less per week)

Part-time: It is the most usual model to cover the needs of executives in case of tighter budgets. It is about implementing the target mission in an complete way, including strategies and tactics.

METHOD OF INCORPORATION TO THE COMPANY

Self-employed: the company does not take care of hiring costs such as social security, holidays, compensations, etc ...

There are no exit costs. It is one of the advantages of hiring an Interim Manager.

 

If for some reason, the company prefers it, it is possible to hire him as an employee, so the executive would be included in the company with a temporary work contract, like other workers. In this case the executive would not act strictly like an Interim.
